If
you decide to lose 60 lb, it is impossible to do within a month. You
may not get it even through half a year. You gained extra pounds over
the years, so be prepared for those fact you have to exert much effort
to lose weight. You can dream about the 60 lost lb and a beautiful figure, using different diets. Nobody said it is bad. No, good thoughts
give positive results and lift the spirits and give you strength on
way to obesity. But have to remember that looking at photos of beautiful girls and dream about slim figure is not enough. A real commitment
to the fight against over weight is determined by the reality of your

also cook fish in an oven that will not give my body weight. But take care
about absence of starch at dinner time on your table! I exclude from the
diet potatoes, bread and rice in the evening. You can enjoy throughout
the day.

That’s not true! Yes, sweets are harmful, but they are delicious
and fun. And life must bring joy. If you will stop eating something, you
